Irish Microscopy and Imaging Community Townhall

The next meeting of the Irish Microscopy and Imaging Community will take place on Thursday 20th January from 3 – 5pm (Irish Standard Time). Join us to watch presentations from four Irish imaging facilities in both Life and Physical Sciences. Link to meeting will be issued either by direct request to Kerry.thompson@nuigalway.ie or via the community mailing list.

Rory Comerford Lecture - Prof. Maria McNamara

This year's Rory Comerford memorial lecture will be given by Prof. Maria McNamara (University College Cork). The lecture, entitled “Go Big or Go Home: Making and Using an Optical Mesoscope for Biomedical Imaging”, was held in University College Dublin.

Irish Microscopy and Imaging Community Townhall

The first recent meeting of the Irish Microscopy and Imaging Community will take place on Friday October 15th from 1 – 5pm (Irish Standard Time). Join us to hear about the history of the community, what’s happening in community development globally and the facilities and technologies supporting this science and research in Ireland.
