Bruker is excited to invite you to a two-day scientific workshop hosted in collaboration with AMBER, the centre for Advanced Materials and BioEngineering Research at Trinity College Dublin, on the structural and compositional analysis of materials using X-ray and electron-based methods.
This workshop will focus specifically on the wealth of information that can be retrieved using methods such as Electron BackScatter Diffraction (EBSD), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM EDS and TEM EDS), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF).
